Delivery roadmap

Build the foundation. Then expand.

The original proposal targets a website launch and search-ad activation in month one, followed by connected content, campaigns and systems. This is a proposed sequence from kickoff, subject to the services selected and the approved plan.

Foundation

Website launch, tracking, Google Ads, LinkedIn presence and a security baseline.

MONTH 02

Expand

LinkedIn and Meta campaign development, target-account lists, email sequences and a telestroke video.

MONTH 03

Connect

CRM enquiry workflows, budget review and initial SEO guides.

MONTH 04

Momentum

More service videos, consented client stories and RFP assistant development.

MONTH 05

Ongoing service-page SEO, RFP assistant and sales dashboards.

MONTH 06

What we need from Equum

  • Admin access to the domain, website, analytics, CRM, advertising and social accounts relevant to the agreed scope.
  • A named contact and a 30-minute weekly check-in during launch.
  • Approval within five business days, including clinical review. Nothing is published without sign-off.
  • Clinician time for quarterly interviews and content, with written consent from anyone shown.

Commercial assumptions

  • Advertising spend is paid directly to Google, LinkedIn and Meta, separately from Cyberlabs’ fees.
  • Accounts, pages and code remain in Equum Medical’s ownership.
  • No patient or client is shown or named without the required written consent.
  • No clinical-system or patient-data access without a business associate agreement.
  • Final scope, timing and pricing are confirmed on a 30-minute call. Work begins after written approval.
